Dr. P R Goswami is the Former Director (LIb), IGNCA, New Delhi, India. He will be speaking on Academic Libraries and Librarianship: A Synoptic View and highlighting on the importance of academic librarians and their libraries in the current scenario. The presentation will emphasize how academic librarians can play a more active role in research promotion.
