Contractual vacancies for Librarian (28 Posts) at Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), Shillong

Applications are invited from the eligible candidate up to 07.11.2020 for various posts of Art teacher, Music teacher, PET (Male & Female), PGT (Computer Science) and Librarian purely on contractual basis in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas under Shillong region for the academic season 2020-21 up to 31.03.2021 or till joining of regular incumbent whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualifications: 

1. University degree in Library Science from a recognized institution. 

OR

Graduation with 1 year Diploma in library science from a recognized institution.

2. Working knowledge of English and Hindi or other Regional Language.

Desirable:

1. Experience of working in a residential school

2. Working Knowledge of Computers
