Educational & Other Qualifications:
Essential:
(i) Post-Graduation Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
(ii)10 years experience with at least 5 years in a Senior capacity in a library or repute.
(iii) Working knowledge of 2 or more Indian languages.
(iv) Proven ability to maintain and run a library
(v) Good knowledge of Computer Application in Libraries
Desirable:
(i) Doctoral Degree in Library Science
(ii) General Knowledge of Indian literature and good contact with literary community
(iii)Experience in library research
