The sole purpose behind creating this blog ‘LIS MCQs Practice’ is to help aspiring Library & Information Science (LIS) professionals in the preparation of National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship conducted by the University Grants Commission or State-Level Eligibility Test (SLET) of different States along with other job related competitive examinations conducted frequently by KVS, NVS, DSSSB,  RSMSSB, MPPSC for various posts of Library and Information field. Previous year question papers of UGC-NET/SLET and other examinations in LIS field are solved and posted categorically in this blog and New Practice Sets, Interactive quiz, Mock test series and topical notes on Library and Information Science are provided as a useful resource for all who are preparing for any competitive examination in library and information science especially for UGC/NTA-NET/JRF.

The platform strives to gather and disseminate quality information that will serve a useful purpose and help a large number of LIS professionals to qualify NET/SLET and other competitive examinations in order to get better job opportunities and become qualified library professionals.
